3RD DECEMBER
Review the jobs you didn’t fill this quarter. What can you learn?
4TH DECEMBER
Call all placed (incl temps working) candidates to say thank you.
5TH DECEMBER
Audit your Linkedin profile does it represent you, today or past you?
6TH DECEMBER
Review all clients you worked with and get up to date with their business.
7TH DECEMBER
Identify your top 5 clients – find 3 avatars of each today.
8TH DECEMBER
Who have you arranged interviews for who didn’t get the job?
Where are they now?
10 Activities to Get Ahead in 2023

9TH DECEMBER
Review your current live adverts – score them out of 10 as if you were a candidate. Rewrite as required.
10TH DECEMBER
Find all of the leads you identified in October and November – what’s happened to them all? Are you sure??
12TH DECEMBER
Refresh your pitch pack and sales material for 2023. Notion is great for this.
13TH DECEMBER
Look at your last 10 weeks of activity on Linkedin – what will your plan be for 2023?
14TH DECEMBER
Chicken calls – what are the calls you keep putting off doing? Get them done today.
15TH DECEMBER
Feedback day – get feedback about you from the clients and candidates you’ve worked with.
16TH DECEMBER
Email templates – review and refresh. Check out Text Blaze as a tool.
17TH DECEMBER
What does your demand forecast look like for Jan? Which part of your talent pool should you be growing now? Get your database coded properly today.
18TH DECEMBER
Get signed up to Evernote – get into the habit of webclipping rather than bookmarking sites.
19TH DECEMBER
Review your persona for an Ideal Client and Candidate – how relevant are they for you and your market?
20TH DECEMBER
Have you sent your Christmas messages and wishes to clients and candidates? This is the Christmas week and you’re cutting it fine if you leave it any longer.
21ST DECEMBER
Tidy up your distribution lists and sales plan – what are your Dream 50 for 2023?
22ND DECEMBER
Review your reading list – what are you subscribed to that keeps you up to date with developments in your market?
23RD DECEMBER
What can you do between Christmas and New Year that would be most valuable? Be realistic with the time you have and make sure you stick to the plan.
24TH DECEMBER
Organise your candidate database and build your hotlists for 2023.
