Module #1 - Getting Started

Let’s set the foundation for sales in recruitment. In this first module learners will meet their trainer and coach – Jeremy Snell. They’ll take a big picture view of the sales process from start to finish as well as looking at some of the key fundamentals for success such as mindset and time management.

Module #2 - Finding Prospects

This section will cover how to define your market – what does a prospect look like for your business before moving on to lead generation and networking techniques – both via the telephone and using digital methods.

Module #3 - Engaging Prospects

Once you’ve identified who is a prospect in your market now it’s time to put a strategy together to successfully engage with them and stand out from your competitors. This module will take a indepth look at sales calls as well as using digital tools such as email and direct messaging to engage them in conversation.

Module #4 - Winning Business

This module will ensure consultants are successfully qualifying the prospects they speak to and converting the leads they discover. They’ll also cover how to qualify a job to give them the best opportunity of filling it as well as how to conduct a valuable client meeting and where they can fit into the process.

Module #5 - Making Placements

This module ensures that placements stay on track and that the process is followed beyond extending an initial offer. The role of recruiter doesn’t end with a successful placement. Once the candidate starts consultants will discover the power of following up with aftercare.
